Leviticus 22:28-30

²⁸ But you shall not slaughter on the same day an ox or a sheep and her young.

²⁹ When you offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving to the Lord, offer it so that it may be accepted. ³⁰ On the same day it shall be eaten. You shall leave none of it until the next day: I am the Lord.
